Guitars and vocals meld with the intensity of metabolic function doused with espresso-soaked nicotine. Cells of fast, fitted rhyme pump and flow in speed speech-stream; vocals zip and reel over bee-sting-fast guitars. All this, and ten to one Baby Ray gets at least two laughs at your expense. Hyperspeed, good, fun pop is not the end point of this disc. Ranking with rare comic geniuses like Pop Will Eat Itself, Baby Ray knows how great humor can be when The "F" Word is invited. Misplaced, unixpected, and in your face is the way to play it. The disc also has a few other aural gooses built in which must be experienced to be fully appreciated. Minus a small quotient of fizzly ballads, this is energy pop with extra CO2 to shoot up your sinuses and make your eyes bulge
