Go to Toad on any Tuesday in October, see Baby Ray, and someday brag to your kids about how you once saw the band in a closet-size pub. Because judging from the masterful, melodic pop on "Do I Love America" (Thirsty Ear), the band's new EP, they ought to be able to pack a few hundred Toads pretty soon. Seriously, don't wait for the new disc to come out in the Spring -- by that point, everyone will be clamoring for a taste.
